Job Role- Service Coordinator Warranty & Dealer Support

We are hiring a Service Coordinator who will act as the nerve centre of our service operations handling customer and dealer calls, resolving warranty issues, coordinating field engineer visits, and giving feedback to the Production and R&D; teams for continuous product improvement.

The ideal candidate should be responsive, highly organized, and a problem-solver who can communicate well and ensure service satisfaction at all levels.

Department-Service & Warranty Management

Qualification- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Automobile

Location: Sonipat (Haryana) / Delhi

KRA

1.Receive and handle all service and warranty-related calls from dealers and customers
2. Log each issue in the warranty/service tracking system with clear problem statements
3. Assign and coordinate field service engineers for quick resolutions
4. Track open service requests and follow up till complete closure
5. Analyse recurring problems and submit weekly feedback to Production & R&D; teams




6.Maintain warranty documentation (In/Out records, claim approvals, challans)
7. Provide timely updates to dealers and keep them informed on service actions
8. Escalate critical failures or field breakdowns to the senior management and act quick

SKILL SET

1. 2+ years of experience in handling service desk / warranty department in automobile or EV industry preferred
2. Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English
3. Basic understanding of vehicle parts, failures, and service flow is a plus
4. Excellent communication and phone handling
5. Service issue logging and documentation
6. Team coordination with field engineers
7. Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
8. Google Sheets and Excel for tracking issues
9. Logical thinking and customer-first attitude
10. Feedback reporting to tech teams (Production & R&D;)

Salary bracket- Coordinator 25k- 30k
