Objective:

The Modern Workplace & AI Specialist is a key enabler for AI-powered workplace transformation based on Microsoft 365. The role places a strong focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot and the practical use of AI in everyday work to improve productivity, quality, and user experience. You advise departments and end users on how to use tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and especially Copilot more effectively, identify impactful AI use cases, and support the introduction of new AI-supported working methods. In addition, you contribute to responsible AI adoption by aligning enablement activities with security, compliance, and governance requirements, and by working closely with international service teams to turn AI capabilities into measurable business value.

Education

- Completed vocational training in IT with a focus on system integration or an equivalent qualification

- Completed university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study

- Certifications in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, SharePoint Administrator, Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft Copilot certifications, or comparable AI-related Microsoft certifications)

- ITIL certification (e.g., Foundation) to support IT service processes and structured incident and change management

- Additional qualifications in AI adoption, prompt enablement, change management, user enablement, or digital transformation are considered an advantage

Area Of Responsibility:

1.Consulting and enablement of collaboration solutions: Supporting business units and end users in the effective use of

Microsoft 365 collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, and Copilot to promote digital collaboration.

2. Document Management and Information Architecture: Providing guidance on storing, archiving, classifying, and securing

information in Microsoft 365 (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams),



including optimizing search, metadata, and permissions

for better accessibility and compliance.

3. 2nd level support and issue analysis: Handling complex support requests in the M365 environment, analyzing disruptions

and performance issues, and initiating appropriate troubleshooting measures in close coordination with the service team.

4. Technical development and optimization: Identifying and implementing technical and functional improvements to

enhance user experience, efficiency, and integration of collaboration platforms.

5. Support for rollouts and feature introductions: Providing technical assistance during the rollout of new features, updates,

or migrations within the M365 environment, and contributing to change management initiatives.

6. Documentation and knowledge management: Creating and maintaining user guides, training materials, and knowledge

bases to ensure sustainable support for users and operations.

7. Security and compliance implementation: Advising on and implementing security policies, data protection requirements,

and governance standards within the context of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.

8. Collaboration with service owners and architects: Contributing to the implementation of architectural guidelines,

innovation projects, and lifecycle management of deployed collaboration technologies.

9. Reporting and feedback management: Providing usage metrics, support statistics, and feedback analyses to continuously

improve the service offering and align with stakeholders
