Role & responsibilities

- Source and acquire customers for all bank products in line with bank policies.
- Achieve assigned disbursement, login, and productivity targets.
- Conduct preliminary credit assessment, income evaluation, and eligibility checks.
- Ensure quality sourcing aligned with the banks risk appetite.
- Manage endtoend loan origination from sourcing to disbursement.
- Ensure 100% compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC/AML norms, and Fair Practice Code.
- Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records.
- Build and manage solid customer relationships for repeat business.
- Maintain high-quality login files with proper documentation across all products.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience -: 2-5 Years

Qualification : Graduate
