Role & Responsibilities:

Noventra Group is hiring a Remote Performance Marketing Specialist to support Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for selected partner-brand initiatives.

This role is focused on paid media execution, campaign optimization, performance analysis, reporting, and practical improvement recommendations for ecommerce, retail, consumer product, lifestyle, premium goods, and service-based campaigns.

The selected candidate will work remotely with Noventra Groups partner-brand ecosystem and support campaign activity across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Plan, manage, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

- Review campaign structure, targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategy, and conversion flow

- Monitor key performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, lead quality, and budget efficiency

- Identify issues in campaign setup, tracking, creative performance, landing pages, and funnel quality

- Review ad creatives, hooks, messaging, offers, visuals, and campaign angles

- Prepare clear campaign reports, optimization notes, and performance summaries

- Recommend practical next steps based on campaign data and business objectives

- Support creative testing, audience testing, campaign scaling, and performance improvement plans

- Work with remote teams and maintain clear written communication

- Keep campaign documentation organized, including campaign changes, observations, results, and recommendations

Preferred Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Required experience:

- 3 to 8 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital marketing

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads





- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max, or similar campaign types

- Strong understanding of paid media optimization, reporting, and performance analysis

- Ability to analyze campaign data and make practical optimization decisions

- Experience managing advertising budgets with measurable results

- Good written English communication skills

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple campaigns or brand accounts

Preferred experience:

- Experience with ecommerce, DTC, retail, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, fashion, premium products, or service-based campaigns

- Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Shopify, landing pages, CRM tracking, or conversion tracking setup

- Experience preparing weekly or monthly paid media reports

- Experience with creative testing, ad angle analysis, funnel review, and campaign scaling

- Experience working with international teams or multiple partner-brand campaigns

- Experience with business-managed advertising accounts, monthly billing structures, or partner-brand ad operations is a plus

Working Style:

This is a remote role suited for someone who can work independently, communicate professionally, and provide structured campaign insights without requiring constant supervision.
