Role & Responsibilities

- Conduct road safety audits and inspections on highways, urban roads, and project sites.
- Identify road safety hazards and recommend practical corrective measures.
- Assess road infrastructure, traffic control devices, road signage, markings, and safety features.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with observations, risk assessments, photographs, and recommendations.
- Participate in road safety assessments during planning, design, construction, and operational stages.
- Coordinate with government departments, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Support road safety awareness campaigns, training programs, and field surveys.
- Ensure compliance with IRC, MoRTH, and other applicable road safety standards and guidelines.
- Travel to project locations as required.





Preferred Candidate Profile

- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification/Training in Road Safety Audit is preferred.
- 25 years of relevant experience in road safety, highways, traffic engineering, or transportation projects.
- Knowledge of IRC codes, MoRTH specifications, and road safety audit procedures.
- Robust analytical, report writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or GIS is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively for site inspections.
