- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Airflow, DBT, and Spark.
- Build and optimize complex SQL queries for large-scale data processing and analytics.
- Develop and manage data models in Snowflake.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of data engineering initiatives independently.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data quality, governance, performance tuning, and operational excellence.
- Drive best practices in data architecture, coding standards, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Required Experience
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Airflow, Snowflake, Complex SQL, and DBT/Spark.
- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-scale data solutions.
- Ability to independently lead initiatives and mentor team members.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, data governance, and data quality frameworks.
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
