We're looking for an experienced ETL Test Lead with solid expertise in ETL Testing, SQL, AWS, Data Validation, and AI-enabled Testing.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of ETL/Data Testing experience
- Advanced SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- ETL Tools: Informatica, Talend, SSIS, DataStage
- AWS (5+ Years) Redshift & Cloud Data Validation
- Data Warehousing (Star/Snowflake Schema, Fact & Dimension Validation)
- Python, PyTest, Great Expectations, dbt
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled testing tools (GitHub Copilot or similar) – Mandatory
- CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Big Data: Hadoop, Hive, Spark
- Test Management: JIRA, TestRail, ALM, Zephyr

Key Responsibilities





- Lead end-to-end ETL testing and data validation.
- Design and automate ETL test frameworks.
- Validate cloud-based data pipelines and large datasets.
- Drive AI-enabled testing and automation initiatives.
- Integrate ETL testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business teams to ensure high-quality data delivery.
