Job Summary: Perform assigned non-grading production processes required to complete the production workflow.

Key Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Perform any of the following or other duties as assigned to meet quality and production goals:

- Should have experience in Client Interaction
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes for efficient product/service delivery
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and thoroughness in the processing of reports
- Process Client account applications, renewal and update processes if applicable
- Perform Weighing of Diamonds/Jewellery physically & electronically storing the data in system
- Perform label printing for internal & external processes
- Assign required consumables such as Cassettes, RFID etc
- Clean the diamonds/jewellery as per the standard process
- Perform Laser Inscription/Engraving on Diamonds/Jewellery
- Print Reports & transform the Diamonds/Jewellery with assigned Client Parcel
- Distribute stones and organize workflow,



Movement of stones across all departments
- Storage & Security of Diamonds/Jewellery at the start & end of shifts, And while on the operations floor. Perform Vault/IC opening and closing processes
- Ensure stones are returned without any delays/issues, resolve routine problems (e.g. delays, mistakes) by identifying the cause

Qualification:

- Ability to speak, read and write understandable English
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and ability to work with office equipment
- Service minded with pleasant personality and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work overtime when required
- Adaptable in working hours and ready to travel within HRD national and international locations for short as well as longer period
- Willing to take on other responsibilities or special tasks when required

Education:

- High School diploma or equivalent, Graduation preferred
