Role & responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end jewellery collection design from concept to launch.
- Define collection themes, inspiration, categories, silhouettes, and SKU architecture.
- Ensure solid design expertise across Gold, Diamond, Polki, Kundan, and Jadau jewellery.
- Collaborate with manufacturing on production feasibility, costing, pricing, and margins.
- Align collections with sales targets and market demand while maintaining design excellence.
- Drive collection planning, product assortment, and commercial strategy.
- Develop launch content, storytelling, and social media roadmap for each collection.
- Lead and mentor the design team while managing the complete design-to-launch lifecycle.
