- Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Polymer, Rubber Technology, or Automobile Engineering.
- Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Experience
- 15+ years of experience in Automotive Hydraulic Hose Product Development.




- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing Current Product Development.
- Experience working with automotive OEMs, offipment, agricultural machinery, or industrial hydraulic systems.
- Technical Skills
- Hydraulic hose design and development.
- APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, Control Plan.
- GD&T; and engineering drawing interpretation.
- Rubber compounds, reinforcement technology, fittings, and crimping systems.
- Product validation and testing standards.
- Knowledge of SAE, ISO, DIN, and OEM specifications.
- CAD software such as Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.
- Project management and engineering change management.
