Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and self-driven professionals for the role of

Relationship Manager, based in Mumbai. Ideal candidates should have 5 to 10

years of experience working with banks and broking firms.

This role will be aligned with our Syndication Desk, which focuses on structuring

and managing the distribution of financial instruments—primarily loans and

securities—among multiple investors and institutions.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain robust working relationships with Debt Capital

Market (DCM) desks of banks, private equity funds,



and other NBFCs to

facilitate deal flow and syndication opportunities.

Evaluate loan proposals through detailed financial analysis and prepare

presentations for internal management review and decision-making.

Oversee and periodically review the performance of syndicated loan

portfolios to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and timely reporting.
