- Continuous travel and visits to customers across India
- Interface with senior application engineers and provide engineering support as necessary to customers
- Solve customer issues and interact with plant regularly to ensure on time deliveries
- Follow up and ensure collection of payments as per terms of payments
- Troubleshoot on site in case of recent applications with support of senior specialists from the company
- Pricing negotiations as per instituted guidelines
- Market research for new products in the development pipeline of the company
- Digital marketing and outreach to new customers
- Handle government tenders on time
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
B.Tech or above (80% overall marks from reputed educational institutes will be given preference)
Experience: 0 - 10 yrs experience in reputed automobile/machine tools/precision engineering sectors as design, applications, sales, or manufacturing functions.
Required Knowledge:
- Basic Engineering knowledge is required
- Basic knowledge of various hydraulic components and their functions is required
- Excellent communication skills and written skills
- Diligence in documentation
- Knowledge of hydraulic circuits and specialized knowledge of hydraulic components is strongly preferred
