Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain complex, high-quality front-end applications using ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Lead the architecture and technical design of front-end modules and components
- Build reusable, modular, and well-documented component libraries
- Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services with front-end applications
- Optimize application performance, load times, and rendering efficiency
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior/mid-level developers
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces
- Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, build processes, and deployment workflows
- Participate in Agile ceremonies sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex front-end issues across browsers and devices
- Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end trends, tools, and best practices

Preferred candidate profile

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development with strong expertise in ReactJS
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3




- Robust experience with React Hooks, Redux / Redux Toolkit, Context API
- Solid understanding of component lifecycle, virtual DOM, and performance optimization techniques
- Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL integration
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress
- Familiarity with build tools — Webpack, Vite, or Babel
- Experience with version control using Git and platforms like GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket
- Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Good to Have

- Experience with Next.js or other SSR/SSG frameworks
- Exposure to micro-frontend architecture
- Knowledge of Node.js / backend integration experience
- Familiarity with cloud platforms — AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with design systems and component libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS)
- Prior experience mentoring or leading a front-end team
