Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and attract top technical talent.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.




- Build a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
