We are looking for a proactive and analytical Stock Trading Executive to execute equity trades, monitor market movements, and provide investment support to clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, market research, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute buy and sell orders for equities and other financial instruments.
* Monitor live market trends, price movements, and trading volumes.
* Provide investment recommendations based on market analysis and research.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and HNI clients.
* Generate new business through client acquisition and cross-selling financial products.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal risk management policies.
* Prepare daily trading reports and maintain accurate transaction records.
* Track client portfolios and provide regular performance updates.
* Stay updated with economic news,
corporate announcements, and market developments.
* Resolve client trading and account-related queries promptly.
Required Skills
* Robust understanding of equity markets, derivatives, and mutual funds.
* Hands-on experience with trading terminals (NSE/BSE).
* Knowledge of technical and fundamental analysis.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and financial market tools.
* Ability to work under pressure during market hours.
Experience
* Experience: 1 to 5 years in stock broking, equity trading, wealth management, or capital markets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Experience working with brokerage firms or financial services companies.
* Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
* Goal-oriented with a passion for financial markets.
* Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
