expanding its footprints and targeting to be present in 50 locations by March 2022 and in 150

locations by March 2023

travellers, group travellers, backpackers, digital nomads, and individuals seeking

compelling stay or work from hostel options

Greet and welcome guests

Perform check-ins and check-outs

Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments when necessary

Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary

Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets

Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks

Perform inventory checks as and when needed

Assist in service of food and beverage

Responsible for the property in the absence of the property manager

Ordering of monthly supplies

Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

Minimum 6 months of experience in front office operations

Experience handling cash, preparing vouchers

General administrative tasks

Preferably having a Hospitality management degree
