We are looking for a CRM Campaign Manager to join our CRM team on a contractual basis (renewable yearly). Working in a "Dual-Reporting" model, you will report to the CRM Managers in BlaBlaCar headquarters in Paris, France, while receiving strategic onsite mentorship from our Director of Government Relations in India.
Your mission is to leverage Braze, our core CRM tool, to deliver high-precision, "zero-error" campaign execution leveraging emails, push notifications, whatsapp, in product channels. You will be a key pillar in reaching tens of millions of users worldwide, ensuring every communication enhances the BlaBlaCar experience.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with CRM managers, Product teams, and local Marketing (mainly based in Western Europe & Brazil) to deploy high-impact ad-hoc campaigns. You will manage the end-to-end execution for diverse audience segments, ranging from a few hundred to several million users worldwide.
- Cross-channel campaign implementation: Execute cross-channel campaigns using Braze, leveraging email, push notifications, WhatsApp, and in-product messaging (including in-app surveys).
- Operational excellence: Implement a mandatory cross-check QA process to ensure 100% accuracy in campaigns deployment.
- Performance analysis:
Contribute to the tracking and analysis of campaign performance to help optimize our member engagement.
Your Qualifications:
- You have at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in CRM operations or digital marketing using Braze.
- You are comfortable with SaaS tools and data segmentation.
- You are detail-oriented, organized - capable of managing tasks and projects simultaneously. You thrive in a "zero-error" environment and have a natural instinct for double-checking work.
- You are fluent in English, have excellent communication skills and you are comfortable collaborating across different working cultures. You are transparent about challenges and proactive in suggesting process improvements.
- You thrive in a multicultural setting and are comfortable managing your schedule to ensure consistent overlap with our Paris-based team for real-time collaboration (at least 4 hours/day)
