Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities, including identifying opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely submission of bids through various e-procurement portals.

Key Roles Responsibilities

- Search, track, and evaluate tender opportunities on GeM, CPPP, e-Procurement, and other government/private portals.

- Prepare, compile, review, and submit tender documents, bids, quotations, and supporting documentation within prescribed timelines.

- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, sales, finance, and technical teams to obtain required documents and commercial/technical inputs.

- Ensure compliance with tender eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and submission guidelines.

- Maintain tender records, bid status, CRM, MIS reports, and related documentation.

- Follow up on tender clarifications, corrigenda, bid openings, purchase orders, and contract awards.

- Support the sales team in preparing commercial proposals, cost sheets, and customer documentation.

Required Candidate Profile





- Graduate in any discipline.

- 2 4 years of experience in Tender Management, Bid Management, or e-Procurement.

- Working knowledge of GeM, CPPP, e-Tendering, and tender documentation processes.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM applications.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.

- Positive communication and coordination abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.
