- Tele-calling of customers who are overdue in loan repayment and persuade them for repayment
- Manage a portfolio of overdue accounts and negotiate payment plans and settlements
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of all interactions
- Meet monthly collection targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and customer service, to resolve customer issues
- Identify and report any potential fraud or suspicious activity
- Robust communication and negotiation skills
