Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Management Executive with 3-5 years of experience to manage, analyze, and automate business data across departments. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google Apps Script, MIS reporting, AI tools, and data management, with working knowledge of Zoho applications being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, maintain, validate, and organize large volumes of business data.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
- Build advanced Google Sheets and Excel solutions using formulas, Pivot Tables, QUERY, FILTER, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, and Conditional Formatting.
- Automate business processes using Google Apps Script, including workflows, approvals, email notifications, and report generation.
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights for management.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) to improve productivity, reporting,



documentation, and process automation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Work on Zoho applications (CRM, Books, Inventory, Creator, Forms, Analytics) for data management and reporting, where applicable.

Qualification

Experience

- Experience with business process automation and reporting is preferred.
