Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end campaign strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design, execute, and optimize email, SMS, and customer journey campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Perform market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate data-driven insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations (MOC), Local Operations (LOC), Analytics, and Tech teams.
- Drive campaign planning, creative strategy, and stakeholder communication.
- Lead client discussions, provide strategic recommendations, and manage campaign delivery.
- Mentor and manage a team of analysts.

Preferred Profile

- 1012 years of experience in Campaign Strategy & Execution.
- 24 years of experience leading teams.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Strong understanding of SQL, HTML, Marketing Automation, and Customer Journey orchestration.
- Experience working as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or in a similar consulting role is highly preferred.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with client-facing experience.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
