Applications from candidates are invited for the position of Technical Service & Sales Executive at various location including NCR/Gurgaon, Rajkot, Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Pune, Aurangabad, Bangalore & Chennai locations.
Key Responsibilities:
He will be providing technical support at customers for plating plant/process commissioning, process establishment, process audit and troubleshooting activities. Will be part of the Sales & technical team and report to the Regional Sales/Technical Head.
Key Competency:
- Post Graduate / Graduate in Chemistry or Chemical Engineer with experience of 1-10 years in Electroplating Industry.
- Experience of customer service and troubleshooting of various plating processes are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computers, proficient in MS office (Excel, word, Power point) would be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal skills, able to maintain good qualified relationship with customers and internal team.
- Should be flexible for local travelling / out-of-station travelling to customer site for new installation and troubleshooting.
- Flexible for working on weekend during troubleshooting activities at customer place.
