The Design Engineer is responsible for preparing engineering calculations, drawings, and technical documentation for assigned projects under the supervision of senior engineering staff.
The role supports the design department in delivering accurate and timely engineering deliverables in compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and company procedures.
3. Scope of Role
The Design Engineer contributes to:
- Engineering design calculations

4. Key Responsibilities
4.1 Engineering Calculations
- Perform engineering calculations as per design requirements.
- Prepare technical data sheets and engineering reports.
- Ensure calculations comply with applicable codes and standards.
- Coordinate with draftsmen to ensure accuracy of drawings.
4.3 Design Documentation
- Prepare and maintain engineering documentation.
- Ensure proper revision control of drawings and documents.
- Assist in preparation of design reports and submission packages.
4.4 Project Support
- Assist in resolving design issues during manufacturing and installation.
- Implement client comments and revise design documents accordingly.
- Support senior engineers in technical tasks.
4.5 Quality Compliance
- Follow company engineering procedures and quality standards.
- Ensure all design outputs comply with applicable engineering codes.

8. Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
9. Experience
- 2 6 years of experience in engineering design.
