Job Description Tender Bid Executive / Manager

NetIP Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Tender Bid Executive / Manager to manage the complete end-to-end tendering and bid management process.

Key Responsibilities

- Search, identify and evaluate Government, PSU, Defence and institutional tenders.
- Prepare and submit online/offline tenders, GeM bids, technical compliance sheets and commercial proposals.
- Manage the complete bid lifecycle from tender identification to order award.
- Coordinate with Government Departments, customers, OEMs, distributors and business partners.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and handle tender clarifications and corrigenda.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Technical, Operations and Finance teams.
- Obtain OEM authorization, technical documents, quotations and commercial support.
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, pricing and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with OEMs and partners.
- Maintain tender pipeline, MIS, funnel reports and bid trackers.




- Coordinate post-award activities and follow up for customer and partner payments.
- Ensure timely, accurate and compliant submission of all tender documents.
- Support business development and revenue generation through GeM and Government business.

Required Skills & Qualification

- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Government Tendering, Bid Management, Proposal Preparation or Government Business.
- Knowledge of GeM and e-tendering portals will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Solid communication, coordination, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Experience in IT, Networking, CCTV, Data Centre, Cybersecurity or System Integration industry will be an added advantage.
