End-to-end ownership of large civil infrastructure projects from design coordination and procurement to execution, billing, and handover. PL accountability for project performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary project teams across civil, MEP, and finishing
- Own project PL, milestone schedules, and client communication
- Manage procurement, vendor contracts, and subcontractor billing
- Ensure safety, quality, and statutory compliance at all stages
- Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management
Requirements
- B.E. Civil + MBA/PMP preferred
- 8+ years managing 20Cr+ infrastructure projects
- Robust client management and negotiation skills
- MS Project / Primavera proficiency
