We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead 2-wheeler service hub operations. The candidate should have prior experience managing mechanics/technicians, handling workshop operations, and ensuring high vehicle uptime with minimum repair TAT.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily service hub operations
Lead and supervise mechanics & technicians
Ensure timely repairs and maintenance of scooters
Maintain vehicle uptime and repair TAT targets
Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction
Coordinate spare parts and workshop productivity
Requirements
4–8 years of experience in 2-wheeler service operations
Prior experience leading a service/workshop hub
Robust team handling and operational skills
Knowledge of scooter diagnostics and repair processes
Experience in uptime management and service efficiency preferred
