Role Purpose:
Deliver public and in-house training in information security, IT service management, business continuity, data privacy, and risk management. Mentor and qualify tutors, coach on up-to-date learning styles, and uphold BSIs standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality training in classroom, virtual, and hybrid formats.
- Mentor and qualify new and existing tutors.
- Advise on course design and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Engage with clients to propose and deliver tailored training solutions.
- Act as a BSI ambassador, ensuring professionalism and ethical conduct.

Essential Requirements:
- 7+ years in IT/ITES industry with experience in IT service operations.




- Certified Tutor and Lead Auditor for ISO/IEC 27001, 27701, and 42001.
- 3+ years experience in delivering management system trainings and audits.
- Skilled in accelerated learning techniques and diverse delegate engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Business English.
- Willingness to travel regularly within India.

Desirable:
- Certifications in PCI DSS, CSA Star, or other ISO-based trainings.
- Experience in IT service management, information security, data privacy, and business continuity audits.
