We are expanding into South India and looking for a sharp, relationship-driven sales professional to be the face of our operations in Bangalore.

This is a ground-floor opportunity — you will be the first person we place in Chennai, working directly with leadership, with full backing of a stocked regional warehouse and a centralized support team.

Role: Sales Executive – Industrial Bearings & Lubricants

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Delhi, Mumbai ( office work )

CTC: 6 – 12 LPA (based on experience)

' :

Develop and grow a customer base across South and North India— channel partners, OEMs, plant maintenance teams

Generate and follow up on RFQs, convert enquiries to orders

Manage existing relationships and identify new accounts in your territory

Coordinate with our Mumbai operations team for quotations and dispatch

Be the on-ground presence at customer sites — this is a field role,



not a desk role

' :

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial bearings, lubricants, or MRO products

Existing network of channel partners, dealers, or industrial buyers in Tamil Nadu

Strong technical understanding of bearing types, applications, and brands (NTN, SKF, FAG, NSK or equivalent)

Self-starter — someone who doesn't wait to be told where to go

Proficiency in Tamil and English; Hindi a plus
