Hiring: Senior Production Merchandiser

Location: Patparganj, East Delhi (No Relocation Candidates based in Delhi/NCR preferred)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
CTC: Up to 9 LPA

We are hiring a Senior Production Merchandiser for a leading Luxury Fashion & Designer Apparel Brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end production planning across in-house manufacturing units and vendor clusters.
- Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) for production.
- Drive production efficiency, cost optimization, and on-time delivery.
- Implement and monitor production SOPs aligned with production and export timelines.
- Coordinate closely with Design, Textile, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Production teams.
- Monitor production schedules, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Track production progress and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks.

Ideal Candidate





- 3–5 years of experience in Production Merchandising, Production Planning, BOM Management, or Apparel Manufacturing.
- Solid understanding of garment production processes and production planning.
- Experience in BOM preparation, production scheduling, and capacity planning.
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and production planning tools.
- Experience in the luxury fashion, apparel, or textile industry will be preferred.
- Candidates should be based in Delhi/NCR. No relocation will be considered.
