- Manage complete HVAC project execution from planning to handover.
- Supervise Site Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and Contractors.
- Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Architects, and Vendors.
- Review HVAC drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and budget.
- Prepare BOQ, RA Bills, Change Orders, and Progress Reports.
- Ensure timely procurement and effective material management.
- Conduct site meetings and resolve technical and execution issues.
- Oversee Testing, Commissioning, and successful project handover.
- Ensure compliance with HSE and company quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation and submit regular MIS reports.

Qualifications & Experience





- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC project execution.
- Robust knowledge of VRV/VRF, Ducting, Chillers, AHU, FCU, and Ventilation Systems.
