Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), project milestones, and resource-loaded schedules.
- Develop detailed engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning schedules.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved timelines.

Project Monitoring & Controls

- Track project progress against baseline schedules and identify schedule variances.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
- Conduct critical path analysis, float analysis, and schedule risk assessments.
- Recommend corrective and recovery plans to minimize project delays.

Resource & Cost Planning

- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material planning to optimize project execution.
- Support project budgeting, cost monitoring, and earned value management (EVM).
- Track project productivity, resource utilization, and cost performance.
- Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely material availability.

Coordination & Execution

- Work closely with Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Finance, and Project Management teams.




- Monitor engineering deliverables, procurement status, construction progress, and commissioning activities.
- Support project managers in identifying bottlenecks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Risk Management & Reporting

- Identify project risks affecting schedule, resources, and cost.
- Prepare mitigation plans and recovery schedules for delayed activities.
- Maintain project documentation, planning databases, and schedule revisions.
- Present project status and schedule updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

- 710 years of experience in Power, Renewable Energy, Solar, BESS, Transmission & Distribution, EPC, or Infrastructure Projects.
- Hands-on experience in planning and scheduling utility-scale renewable energy or power projects.
- Experience in project planning from engineering through commissioning is highly preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- Certification in Primavera P6 or Project Management will be an added advantage.
