Saral Advanced Diagnostic Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Front Desk Officer (FDO) for the night shift (12 hours) at our Pitampura, Recent Delhi centre.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years experience as a Front Desk Officer in the medical field, who can manage front-desk operations, greet and assist patients, and ensure smooth coordination during night hours.

Shift: Night Shift (12 Hours)

Roles Responsibilities

- Greet, receive and assist patients and visitors at the front desk during the night shift.
- Handle patient registration, appointment and query management, and basic billing.
- Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with lab,



technical and support staff for smooth night-shift operations.
- Maintain front-desk records, reports and documentation accurately.
- Ensure a courteous, professional and well-organised front-desk experience at all times.
