Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Non-IT / Light Industrial Recruiter with experience in US Staffing to support hiring across a broad range of non-technical positions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for Administrative, Clerical, Manufacturing, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and Light Industrial roles.

The recruiter will work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Leads, and Clients to identify top talent while ensuring timely fulfilment of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Non-IT and Light Industrial positions across the US market.
- Source candidates through job boards, ATS databases, social media platforms, referrals, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct detailed candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate candidates against client requirements and submit qualified profiles within defined timelines.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Negotiate compensation, availability, and employment terms with candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within ATS and CRM systems.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet recurring, high-volume client requirements.
- Partner with Account Managers and Delivery Teams to understand hiring priorities and workforce needs.
- Ensure compliance with client hiring guidelines and recruitment best practices.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly recruitment metrics and delivery targets.

Required Qualifications

- 2-6 years of experience in US Staffing recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting for Non-IT, Administrative, Clerical, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Operations, or Light Industrial roles.
- Solid understanding of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle.
- Experience working with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of VMS/MSP environments.
- Experience using ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar systems.
- Exposure to high-volume recruitment and contingent workforce hiring.
