Job Location
Rajouri Garden, West DelhiThis is a full-time ON-SITE role. Candidates looking for Work From Home (WFH) opportunities are requested not to apply.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate can apply.
- Candidates from a Psychology background will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in counselling, admissions, sales, telecalling, or customer engagement will have an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

- Guide and counsel prospective students and professionals regarding our Psychology and Mental Health certification programs.
- Connect with leads who have enquired about our courses through calls, messages, and follow-ups.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Convert enquiries into admissions through effective counselling and relationship-building.
- Handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of admissions, follow-ups, and conversions in Excel sheets.




- Ensure timely maintenance and updating of CRM activities.
- Actively participate in organizational initiatives and growth-related activities.
- Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Stay committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
