Role: Deputy Manager / Manager Branch Infrastructure & Expansion

Purpose of the Role:
The candidate will be responsible for setting up and expanding Gold Loan branches by managing infrastructure development, branch rollout, and coordination with different stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Branch Expansion & Rollout Management
- Identify requirements for recent branch setups.
- Manage complete branch opening process from planning to execution.
- Coordinate timelines for branch readiness.

- Property Acquisition & Lease Management

- Search and finalize suitable locations for branches.
- Handle property negotiations, lease agreements, and documentation.

- Construction & Infrastructure Management

- Manage civil work, electrical work, HVAC systems, and branch interiors.




- Ensure branches are developed as per company standards.

- Vendor & Contractor Management

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Monitor quality, cost, and timelines.

- Budget & Cost Control

- Prepare and manage project budgets.
- Ensure cost optimization during branch setup.

- Compliance & Documentation

- Maintain required approvals, audits, and project documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies.

- Stakeholder Coordination

- Work with internal teams like Business, Operations, Admin, and Finance.
- Manage multiple projects across locations.
