Job Title: Pega Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement business process management (BPM) solutions using the Pega Platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Pega application development, case management, workflow automation, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Pega Platform.
- Build and configure Pega workflows, case types, user interfaces, and business rules.
- Develop reusable components and frameworks aligned with Pega best practices.
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and messaging services.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Pega applications.
- Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT activities.




- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and application performance requirements.
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliverables.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Pega PRPC/Pega Platform development.
- Knowledge of Case Management, Workflow, Decisioning, and Business Rules.
- Experience with Pega UI development, Sections, Harnesses, Data Pages, Activities, and Flows.
- Hands-on experience with Pega Integrations (REST/SOAP Services).
- Valuable understanding of databases, SQL, and data modeling.
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
