Role & responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and digital channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer packaging requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Follow up on inquiries, samples, approvals, and payments.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and site visits to identify future business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and order status in CRM or sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events when required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- 25 years of experience in B2B sales.




- Experience in plastic packaging, flexible packaging, polymers, industrial products, or manufacturing will be preferred.
- Fresh candidates with excellent communication and strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
