We are looking for Patient Care Executive to join our team at Delhi, Gurgaon, and Noida locations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and qualified manner.
- Manage patient registration and maintain accurate patient records in the hospital management system.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments with doctors.
- Handle patient inquiries, phone calls, and provide information about services and procedures.
- Collect consultation fees and generate bills as per hospital policy.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Assist patients in navigating the OPD area and guide them to consultation rooms.
- Support doctors and nursing staff during patient flow management.
- Ensure patient files and reports are available for doctor consultations.
- Help in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the OPD area.
