The Relationship Executive is responsible for acquiring new personal loan customers through field visits, explaining the product to prospects, and driving the process through to loan sanction and disbursement. This is a fully target-driven field sales role
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits in the assigned area to generate leads (walk-ins, referrals, cold calling, market activities)
- Explain personal loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers
- Qualify leads by checking income proof, CIBIL/credit score, and employment type
- Collect required documents from customers (ID proof, address proof, salary slips, bank statements)
- Complete loan application files and log them into the banking system/CRM
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth file processing
- Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets (disbursement numbers)
- Generate referrals from existing customers and build repeat business
- Maintain relationships with DSAs/connectors/channel partners (where applicable)
- Submit daily/weekly MIS reports to the Sales Manager
- Ensure compliance with company policy and RBI guidelines (KYC, fair practices code)
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.

Required Skills
- Good communication skills (local language + basic Hindi/English)
- Robust convincing and negotiation ability
- Physically active, self-motivated, and comfortable with field work
- Basic knowledge of handling mobile apps/CRM systems
- Good understanding of the local market
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Graduate.
- 01 years of experience sales background .
- Two-wheeler with a valid license preferred (for field travel
