- We are initiating a greenfield Spirulina production project and are looking for experienced industry professionals with hands-on exposure in setting up and operating Spirulina or microalgae projects.
- This is an exploratory engagement with options for full-time, consultant, or advisory roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project setup from design to commercial production Manage Spirulina cultivation, harvesting, drying, and processing operations
- Production planning, yield optimization, and quality control Implement certifications and regulatory approvals (FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, ISO, FDA, EU, feed/food/nutraceutical standards) Guide export compliance and international documentation Work closely with promoters, technical consultants, and project teams
Candidate Profile
- 7-20+ years experience in Spirulina / Microalgae / Nutraceutical / Biotech production Experience in setting up new plants or large-scale production Strong understanding of certifications and export compliance Exposure to international markets is preferred Open to leadership or consulting engagement
