Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced General Manager Sales and Marketing to drive the dairy beverages portfolio. The role focuses on building GT distribution, strengthening market presence, and executing a robust route-to-market strategy. Ideal candidates have 12-15 years of beverage/FMCG experience, robust commercial acumen, proven success in scaling brands, and leadership experience in managing large sales teams across regions.

Preferred Profile:

- 12-15 years of experience in dairy or FMCG beverages with strong exposure to GT markets




- Proven experience launching or scaling beverage brands; North India expansion experience preferred
- Strong understanding of GT/MT distribution structures and trade economics
- Skilled in distributor management, sales KPIs, and market penetration
- MBA/PGDM preferred
- Experience with leading beverage/dairy brands is an added advantage
- Strong skills in MIS, Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis & reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Leadership experience in managing large sales teams and driving high-performance culture
- Strong cross-functional collaboration capability
