Regional Business Head - Delhi

JOB SUMMARY:

The Regional Business Head for Delhi is a pivotal leadership role designed to drive market growth, enhance brand presence, and achieve sustained business performance in the region. This role is critical to IMS's strategic ambition to unlock the potential of the Delhi market. Success in this position will directly contribute to the organization's overall growth, brand prominence, and academic success. By driving measurable improvements in regional performance, the Regional Business Head will play a key role in advancing IMS's mission to be a market leader in the Test Prep sector. The role will focus on aligning regional strategies with overall organizational goals and ensuring the long-term success of IMS in this high-potential territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Strategy Development: Leading the development and execution of the IMS's long-term business strategy for Delhi region, ensuring alignment with IMS's overall goals. This includes identifying new market opportunities,



expanding business operations and growth in terms of revenue as well as student success.
Market Expansion & Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to capture market share in Delhi. Identify growth opportunities, assess market potential, and implement targeted initiatives to enhance IMS's presence and visibility in the region.
Financial objective and Revenue Generation: Take ownership of the region's revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement of financial goals. Drive student enrollments, strategic partnerships, and local marketing campaigns to maximize revenue potential.
Operational excellence and Team Development: Lead day-to-day operations of the Delhi region, ensuring operational efficiency, seamless execution of campaigns, and timely delivery of services.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing regional team. Instill a results-
driven culture, ensure accountability, and foster continuous career development within the team.
Partnership, Brand awareness and community engagement: Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to enhance IMS's brand visibility in Delhi. Lead localized campaigns, community engagements, and student outreach initiatives to build brand credibility and trust.

REQUIRED SKILLSET:

Experience: 8-12 years of experience in business development, sales, or regional leadership roles.
Strong Business acumen.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large teams, drive change, and achieve business outcomes in a competitive market.
Decision-Making: Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills to manage risk and capitalize on opportunities.

Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and execute growth strategies for new and emerging markets.

Communication & Influence: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

PREFERED QUALIFICATION:
Master's degree from reputed institutes in India.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Business Development.
