Job Title: Purchase Coordinator (Male/Female)

Location: Chhatarpur, New Delhi

Industry: Interior Manufacturing | Furniture | Modular Kitchen

Experience: 3-5 Years

Salary: Up to 30,000 per month

About the Company

A leading manufacturing company specializing in complete interior solutions, including modular kitchens, custom furniture, wardrobes, office interiors, and turnkey interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of materials and services.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and quality.
- Generate and process purchase orders as per project requirements.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Maintain vendor database and develop strong supplier relationships.
- Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
- Coordinate with production, project, and store teams for material planning.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material availability.




- Resolve vendor-related issues regarding quality, delivery, and billing.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and procurement documentation.

Required Skills

- Experience in procurement for furniture, modular kitchens, or interior manufacturing.
- Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.
- Valuable knowledge of materials, hardware, plywood, laminates, fittings, and interior products.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/software for purchase management is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vendors and procurement activities simultaneously.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of purchase/procurement experience in furniture, modular kitchen, interior fit-out, or manufacturing industry.

Preferred Industry Background
Furniture Manufacturing, Modular Kitchen, Interior Fit-outs, Woodwork, Plywood, Hardware, Architectural Products, Building Materials, or Interior Manufacturing.
