Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Direct Tax Litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing direct tax litigation matters, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Tax Litigation Management: Oversee all aspects of direct tax litigation, including assessments, appeals, and representation before tax authorities and tribunals.
• Advisory Role: Provide expert advice on direct tax issues, including tax planning, compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct detailed research on tax laws, regulations, and case law to support litigation strategies and advise clients.
• Client Interaction:



Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Documentation: Prepare and review legal documents, including petitions, replies, and submissions to tax authorities.
• Case Strategy: Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favourable outcomes for clients.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of changes in tax legislation and case law to provide timely updates to clients and the team.
