Role & responsibilities (2 Civil, 1 MEP)

- Execute Civil and MEP works and have worked for CPWD project.
- Possess practical knowledge of Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) construction and execution methodology.
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Plan manpower, materials, machinery, and resources to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor construction progress and proactively identify and resolve execution bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at site.
- Maintain daily progress reports, work records, measurement books, and site documentation.
- Prepare and verify quantities, measurements, and billing for both client and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and monitor material consumption.
- Support commissioning, testing, snag rectification, and project handover activities.

Preferred candidate profile





- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Civil and MEP building project execution.
- Mandatory experience in Mivan (Aluminium Formwork) projects.
- Mandatory experience in CPWD projects.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, billing, quantity estimation, and execution planning.
- Good understanding of quality control, safety practices, and project documentation.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
