About the role

We are looking for a Operations Manager to join our team who can work closely with our drivers to maximize expenditures and deliver the highest possible level of service to our customers. The successful candidate will streamline routes with drivers to keep costs down, but still deliver the level of service customers are expecting increasing availability of a well-maintained and usable EV fleet

Responsibilities

- Fleet Manager manages the operations, and maintenance of the organizations fleet
- Oversees scheduling and dispatch operations for vehicles and drivers
- Being a Fleet Manager evaluates, purchases, leases, and disposes of vehicles to maintain the fleet




- Develops and maintains vendor and service provider relationships for fuel, maintenance, and other essential services
- Looks after the safety, preventive maintenance, and accident prevention programs for the drivers
- Manages a team of Hub Supervisors and Technicians
- Typically reports to a the Regional Operations Manager
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met

Location & commitments

- Employment type : Full time, Permanent
- Location : Navi Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi/NCR
- Working days : Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays
- Candidate requirements

- Experience : 8-10 years of experience in the related area as an individual contributor,
- 1-2 years supervisory experience mandatory
- Skills required : Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes, target oriented, good communication, problem solving skills
- Education qualification: Graduation or any Post Graduate
