About the Role

The Project Manager is the backbone of execution for PMO-led projects, responsible for requirements clarity, documentation ownership, sprint execution discipline, and daily delivery cadence.

This role works closely with engineers, developers, and technical leads to ensure fast, focused, and predictable execution, while maintaining solid documentation, visibility, and QMS compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirements & Documentation Management

- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements (BRD, FRD,SRS).
- Support requirement sign-off and maintain project documentation as per PMO standards.

2. Sprint & Project Execution

- Conduct daily scrum meetings and manage sprint activities.
- Track tasks, progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure timely delivery.

3. Engineering Coordination





- Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify requirements, resolve dependencies, and manage project risks.
- Ensure alignment with project scope and delivery commitments.

4. PMO & Compliance

- Maintain project artefacts, RAID logs, and time-tracking records.
- Ensure adherence to PMO processes, QMS standards, and audit requirements.

5. Reporting & Project Visibility

- Prepare project status updates, dashboards, and review reports.
- Provide accurate project metrics and ensure visibility across stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field
- 36 years of experience in Project Management.
- Preferred experience in small to mid-sized tech startups (not large IT organizations)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
- Certified Project Manager
- Hands-on experience working with cross-functional engineering teams
