With over 20 years of industry experience, the company specializes in providing premium surface preparation equipment and spray systems to contractors, infrastructure companies, real estate developers, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business development for surface preparation equipment and coating systems across North India.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, site visits, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, procurement teams, consultants, and infrastructure companies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical presentations at customer sites.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment and application solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and product comparisons while coordinating the complete sales cycle.
- Provide technical guidance on equipment selection, applications, and consumables.
- Develop repeat business by promoting accessories, spare parts, and consumables.
- Monitor infrastructure projects, government tenders, and industrial opportunities to generate current business.
- Maintain sales reports, customer records, and pipeline updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Production, Chemical,



or Materials Engineering.
- Diploma holders with 4+ years of relevant technical sales experience may also apply.
- Experience in technical sales of construction equipment, industrial machinery, coating systems, spray equipment, fluid handling systems, or related engineering products.
- Strong understanding of engineering products and ability to interact confidently with technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in new business development and customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to travel extensively across North India for customer meetings and demonstrations.
- Knowledge of government tenders or GeM portal will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
