Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective strategies to launch new programs.

- Collaborate with curriculum partners to design and deliver high-quality curricula.

- Identify and remove growth impediments, such as teacher recruiting and marketing challenges.

- Work with sales teams to drive business growth through center tie-ups and other initiatives.

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including teachers, students, and parents.

- Analyze program performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience in program management,



preferably in the education industry.

- Strong understanding of curriculum design and development principles.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
