Job Title: Graphic Designer Brand & Creative

Location: Office near Central Secretariat Metro Station, New Delhi

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Experience : 2 years to 5 years

Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 per month (based on experience and portfolio)

Shift: Rotational (Morning / Evening / Night)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visualizer to join our Brand & Creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, the ability to transform ideas into compelling visual concepts, and experience creating impactful creatives across digital and print platforms. This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts as part of a dynamic creative team.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging creatives for digital marketing, social media, branding, campaigns, and internal communications.

Create visually appealing layouts, banners, presentations, advertisements, and marketing collateral.

Collaborate with the marketing, content, and creative teams to execute campaigns effectively.

Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Edit images, illustrations, and other visual assets to deliver high-quality output.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative practices.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Knowledge of Figma, Canva, and AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.





Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.

Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking.

Hindi font knowledge will be plus one.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

2–5 years of relevant experience in branding, advertising, or graphic design.

A strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign creatives, and marketing designs is mandatory.

Shift Timings

This is a rotational shift role. Candidates should be comfortable working in any of the following shifts based on business requirements:

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly salary of 30,000 – 35,000, depending on experience and portfolio.
